Welcome to the terms and conditions of Ruhasi LLC. These Terms and Conditions are between customers who use our service website and Ruhasi LLC and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the Ruhasi LLC website is also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Ruhasi LLC website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. 

Our shipping policy is very simple and standard. we ship the part within 4 to 5 days of the Payment being received. The shipping time may vary according to the available inventory but once the item is shipped from our warehouse the system will provide you the unique shipment tracking information from which you can track your order. The shipment will be shipped to the address that which customer entered while placing the order. If any wrong information is entered while placing the order the company will not be responsible for any changes after the order is shipped out. Some special products, orders, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for free shipping, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Certain purchases may only be entitled to Standard Shipping because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.

For the International order, the customer is responsible for paying the customs duties and additional shipping charges.

· We reserve the right to accept or cancel the purchase

· We may send you emails and other communication related to your purchase and the item you have ordered.

· You cannot request a transfer of the shipment once it shipped out to the address you provided us while placing the order. 

· We are not responsible if a customer order the wrong item and enters the incorrect shipping address.

Fees.

From time to time, we may change different terms, and the fee structure according to the requirement. Every purchased Item will be subjected to the sales tax accordingly stated by the income tax department during the checkout. The sales tax is not included in the listed Item price. Some of the Item is not eligible for free shipping so in that case, the shipping charges will be charged according to the item size, weight, and the location where it needs to be shipped. The shipping charges will be added during the checkout if the listing is not eligible for free shipping.

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment then you must provide us with a new eligible payment method promptly. The service charge may vary.

Refund Policy:- 

If the Item is returned unused within 14 days you will get the listed amount of the item refunded excluding the service fees, sales tax, and shipping cost on all international and domestic orders. We will charge you the restocking fees 10% on domestic order. We will start the refund process once we receive the team and inspect them. It may take 3-4 business days to reflect the refund amount depending on the service or the bank you have used to make the purchase. The amount will be only refunded to the service or the bank you have used while making the purchase of the item. The cost to return the product will be bear by the customer. If the item is returned after 14 days we will not issue any refund. If the Item is faulty and failed during the period of the warranty then we will replace it and send you the new item shipping charges may apply to ship the replaced new item.

We are not responsible to refund the amount of the purchase if the customer has proved the wrong shipping details or has ordered the wrong item. (The Part number and description which is provided in the listing are just for product identification please confirm the part before ordering through our website).We don’t accept returns and we don’t issue refunds on international orders.
